The site is coordinated and maintained by a third party service provider, What If Graphics. Web content is prepared by representatives of E.Q.A. and forwarded to What If Graphics for incorporation into the web site.

The protection of individual privacy is a concern to E.Q.A. and practices have been designed to ensure compliance with the privacy provisions of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. By visiting www.eqa4accessibility.org visitors are accepting the practices described in this policy and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

Personal Information: No personally identifiable information is automatically collected about visitors who simply browse the E.Q.A. web site or who download information from it. Personal information is gathered only when a visitor knowingly provides such specific information on a voluntary basis. Personal information will not be disclosed to outside parties unless visitors were advised otherwise at the point and time of collection or E.Q.A. is required to under legislation or by the Government of Canada or the Province of Ontario.
